(TROY, OH) - - The Troy High School bowling teams put together an impressive showing against West Carrollton at Troy Bowl, sweeping all contested matches on the day. The Varsity Boys earned a hard-fought victory by a final score of 2,007–1,765, while the Varsity Girls continued their unbeaten season with a dominant 1,894–1,338 win. The JV Boys also picked up a convincing win, defeating West Carrollton 1,471–1,172, and there was no JV Girls match.

In the Varsity Boys match, Troy built momentum early and closed strong to secure the win. The Trojans rolled games of 816 and 835 before adding solid baker games to finish with 2,007 pins. Sam Swanson led the way with a strong 367 series, including a 201 game, while Kyle Wickman followed closely with a 382 series highlighted by a 200 game. Caleb Young added a consistent 354 series, Zadok Reeves contributed 282, and Evan Schmidt chipped in 266. With the victory, the Varsity Boys improved their record to 4–2 on the season.

The Varsity Girls delivered another commanding performance, overpowering West Carrollton from start to finish to remain undefeated. Troy rolled games of 693 and 830 before finishing strong in baker play to total 1,894 pins. Baylie Massingill paced the Trojans with an outstanding 385 series, including a 204 game, while Libby Burghardt added a solid 351 series. Cora Coate contributed 279, December Byrd rolled a 249 series, and Kari Hoover and Hailee Overholser added key frames to round out the scoring. The win moved the Varsity Girls to a perfect 6–0 on the season.

The JV Boys also turned in a strong team effort, pulling away for a 1,471–1,172 victory. Troy posted games of 635 and 576 before closing out the match in baker play. Jaxson Frey led the JV squad with an impressive 355 series, while Owen Waterman added 253 and Sylar Combs contributed 235. Jackson Herrmann rounded out the lineup with 119 pins. The JV Boys improved their record to 5–2 with the win, capping off a successful day for Troy bowling.
